House Rules

Please DO NOT pick up the cats
Please DO Not run in the cafe or chase/follow the cats- Let them come to you! Or ask a staff member for help
Please give our black cats some extra space - they are still in rehabilitation with us and are easily spooked
DO NOT leave any children unattended! We cannot take responsibility for your children.
No flash photography please - the bright light can hurt the cats eyes and give them a fright
Please do not overcrowd the cats and do not wake a sleeping cat
Do not feed our furry friends - most cats are lactose intolerant and despite them telling you they are hungry. We promise they are well fed!
If you fail to follow our House Rules you may be asked to leave without a refund. We have a zero tolerance policy on abuse towards our staff, volunteers and cats.

FAQ'S

Q: IS THERE REALLY AN ENTRANCE FEE?

A: Yes. In order for us to be able to look after the cats and pay for all their food, toys and vet bills we do charge a £10 per person entrance fee.
Q: What does the ENTRANCE FEE include?

A: The £10 entrance fee covers you for a 1 hour session in the cat cafe, plus one drink per person. (Additional charges apply for extras and food purchases)
Q: Where do your cats come from?

A: All of our Cats are rescue cats. They have all come from various backgrounds and have been selected to enjoy and benefit from this environment.
Q: Do you rehome your cats?

No, this is our cats permanent homes. We have retired cats back into our own homes if they are not feeling their best at the cafe anymore.
Q: Do you breed your cats?

No. All of our cats are neutered and spayed, and kept up to date with routine health checks, vaccines and flea and worming. We strongly believe in and support rescues and encourage rescuing instead of internal breeding or buying kittens.
Q: CAN I BRING MY CAT?

No. Our cats here are all friends and have been integrated together. Cats from an outside environment may upset our cats.
Q: ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?

A: Yes! But PLEASE READ OUR CHILD POLICY AND contact us via phone to see if we can accommodate you for any children under 12.
Q: WILL THE CATS BE ABLE TO BE ALONE IF THEY WANT?

A: Yes. We have a large area where customers will not be allowed. The cats will have access to this 24/7 so if they don't want to be around guests, they don't have to be.
Q: DO YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETS?

A: Yes we cater for gluten free dairy free, vegetarian and vegan products. If you have a dietary requirement please contact us as early as possible prior to your visit and we will try our best to accommodate on the day! PLEASE NOTE SOME OPTIONS MAY INCUR A SUR-CHARGE.

A: We recommend booking to avoid disappointment. However if you turn up and we have space available we will happily accommodate you.
Q: IS THE CAFE ACCESIBLE?
