Children’s Booking Policy

For the safety and wellbeing of our cats, and due to our insurance policy, we have strict rules regarding children in the cafe. Please read carefully:

 

1.Booking for Children 1 years-12 years

   **Call us at 01732 350202** to make a reservation if your group includes children aged 12 or under. Due to insurance limitations, we can only allow a certain number of children at a time. No exceptions.

 

2. **Accurate Booking Details**

   You must provide accurate information when adding children to your booking. We monitor the number of children in the cafe for the cats' wellbeing, and inaccurate bookings will not be tolerated. Any mistakes are your responsibility.

 

3. **Changes to Your Booking**

  If you need to change your booking, you must do so immediately. We cannot guarantee accommodation for last-minute changes, and we will not make exceptions. Failure to update your booking on time is not our responsibility.

 

4.**Unbooked or Incorrectly Booked Children**

  If children are not booked or are mistakenly booked as adults, they will not be allowed entry. No exceptions.You will not receive a refund.

  If your child is upset because of a mistake you made, that is not our fault, and the staff will not be held responsible for enforcing these rules.
