For the safety and wellbeing of our cats, and due to our insurance policy, we have strict rules regarding children in the cafe. All children aged 12 and under must be booked over the phone. **Call us at 01732 350202** to make a reservation if your group includes children aged 12 or under. 

 

**Accurate Booking Details**

  You must provide accurate information when adding children to your booking. We monitor the number of children in the cafe for the cats' wellbeing, and inaccurate bookings will not be tolerated. Any mistakes are your responsibility.

 

**Changes to Your Booking**

 If you need to change your booking, you must do so immediately. We cannot guarantee accommodation for last-minute changes, and we  cannot make exceptions. Failure to update your booking is not our responsibility.

 

**Un-booked or Incorrectly Booked Children**

  If children are NOT booked or are booked as adults, they will not be allowed entry. No exceptions and you will not receive a refund.

The staff and volunteers at Paws are asked to enforce these rules and we will not tolerate any abuse towards them. If you fail to follow the rules you will be asked to leave without a refund.
