Please read the following information for our terms and conditions.

Our Cafe runs primarily in booking slots which can be made here.
Without a booking we cannot guarantee you a table.

All of our booking's are NON-refundable. Any changes must be made with at least 48 hours notice. To do this please call us on 01732 350202 during our opening hours or send us an email.

If you are running late for your booking - please let us know. We will do our best to give you the full hour but this is not always possible when we are very busy. Any booking that is over 15 minutes late and has not made contact with us will be offered to any walk in's and may not be able to come into the cafe. 

We have a strict child policy which can be seen here.
This is in place to protect the cats and keep the calm atmosphere of Paws. Children that are not booked in will not be allowed entry to the cafe.

We have a zero tolerance on any abuse towards our cats, staff, volunteers and other customers. 
We have House Rules in place which can be seen here.

If anyone is found to be breaking these rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.
