CHILD POLICY
The following information explains how we work with booking's for any children 12 years and under. This policy and our House rules are essential to maintain our calm cat cafe and to keep cats and our staff safe.
We DO NOT have high chairs or baby changing facilities in the cafe.
BOOKING CHILDREN
Bookings with children can ONLY be made via the phone during our opening hours, which can be found at the foot of this page.
Under 12's will only be allowed into specific time slots - these slots are:
10.00am
11.00am
12.00pm
1.00pm
2.00pm
3.00pm
Once these slots have gone - there is no other availability for that day.
Please DO NOT book children as adults or teens, OR book adults for a booking and call to add children later as this may not be possible.
Any bookings with under 12 year olds MUST be arranged over the phone with staff directly. ANY bookings not following this will not be allowed and will not receive a refund. It is very important that this information is followed to allow us to monitor how many children are in the café at any time.
If these rules are NOT followed we reserve the right to refuse you entry without a refund.
Why do we limit children?
While we are happy to have children of all ages at Paws we understand how vital it is for children to learn how to interact with and behave around animals, we believe limiting how many children attend at one time is important for both our cats and customers.
We strive to create a calming environment for both our cats and customers. We ask that you and everyone in your group are following the house rules at all times.
We ask that loud noises are limited as this may upset our cats.
We have a zero tolerance policy on abuse towards our staff, volunteers and cats.
If you fail to follow our rules you may be asked to leave without a refund.
