Cancellation Policy
Paws Cat Cafe has HOUSE RULES in place in order to protect the welfare of the cats and ensure a calm safe space for everyone. All booking's made are NON-REFUNDABLE. We ask fo4 48 hours notice if you would like to move or edit your booking. Children 12 years and under must be booked in via the phone. Booking's for more than 4 people can be accommodate by need to be made over the phone so we can re-arrange tables. Paws Cat Cafe reserves the right to ask you to leave without a refund if House Rules are not followed during your visit. We cannot take responsibility for injuries caused or inflicted by the cats if the House Rules are not followed or you do not listen to the advice of Paws staff and volunteers.
